Alcohol Awareness Classes

**Once payment is made for Alcohol Awareness Classes, there are No Refunds for "No Shows", or for students that fail to attend and complete the class in required order. No Refunds will be given for students that are dismissed from class for violating class rules or for disruptive behavior. The course instructor reserves the right to dismiss students from class that do not adhere to program rules, or to require students to re-take and re-pay for the course if they do not complete all course requirements as prescribed by the Texas Department of State Health Services.

**Only Money Orders, Cashier's Checks or a Pay Pal receipt are accepted forms of payment for MADD Alcohol Awareness Classes. MADD and its instructors cannot accept Cash or Personal Check. Students who fail to bring an accepted form of payment on the first class day will be required to produce an accepted form of payment, or will be asked to reschedule to take the entire class.

Please note that if payment is made using the online Pay Pal option, you MUST print out the receipt and turn it into the class instructor. Failure to do so will result in the student having to reschedule the class at another date. Rescheduling a missed class can only be done through the MADD Dallas office, (214) 637-0372. ,
